Still loving these tea leaves! I can tell they help with something because they makes you look beautiful! literally you can see the health benefits, you’ll look younger, feel good. I let them steep for a couple hours if drinking warm, or 45 minutes if hot and overnight for full effect. I buy a few packets every time because i go through them quickly. The plain seamoss gel did wonders on my poison ivy reaction. On my first application, my itching subsided and my blister dried up completely after my second application. My favorite sea moss gel!
Love love love how this gel makes me feel!!! It does have a more distinct "sea" taste than the others. Probably because it has more moss and seaweeds in it. So more benefits! I take it twice a day and sometimes three times a week as a face mask.
